accessible storage solutions. We have tried to keep our pricing structure affordable for our
valued customers but with the rising operating costs of late, and after careful consideration, we
have found that we need to make an adjustment to our monthly storage fees so that we may
continue to offer our customers the high quality service they have come to expect from us.
There is nothing which will need to be done on your part. We just wanted to make you all
aware of the upcoming change. The adjustment in pricing will occur automatically within our
billing system effective with the next billing cycle for each tenant.
The new monthly rates will be adjusted to the following:

10' x 15' $ 85.00 / month
10' x 20' $ 100.00 / month
10' x 30' $165.00 / month
